All initial payments are strictly non-refundable reservation fees acting as an offset for loss of business. Upon booking, [Your Business Name] removes your date from the market and turns down all other inquiries for that calendar day.
Because this fee is used to reserve a dedicated block of time, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances if the event is canceled or rescheduled by the client. However, upon successful completion of the wedding day, 100% of this reservation fee will be applied directly to your final package balance.
